In the Philippines aligners are fitted by dentists and each clinic sets the price. One Metro Manila dental group lists Invisalign from ₱150,000; another lists its own aligners from about ₱50,000 and braces at about ₱45,000 to ₱120,000. PhilHealth's dental cover is preventive, so expect to pay yourself or check your HMO.

At home or online

No at-home aligner brand treats in the Philippines

What Philippine clinics charge, and the 2 systems they fit

Each clinic sets its own fee. Invisalign: “Because each smile is unique, Invisalign doctors determine the cost.” (Invisalign.com.ph) “Meet with your Invisalign-trained doctor for an assessment, they'll help you figure out costs and which payment terms work best.” (Invisalign.com.ph)

Two dental groups' own published prices, exactly as they state them: MetroDental (four clinics in Metro Manila) and One Nadela Dental Group (BGC, Makati and Cebu City). Other clinics set their own. One Nadela on its aligners: “from about ₱50,000; complex cases are quoted individually. PhilHealth, HMOs and the university clinic

  • PhilHealth: “PhilHealth Circular No. 2024-0034 provides guidelines for coverage of preventive oral health services in primary care.” (PhilHealth) Its package codes for that cover name no orthodontic treatment.
  • An HMO: Intellicare's guidebook lists “Orthodontic consultation (braces and malposition of teeth)” (Intellicare) under its optional dental care, and states: “All other treatments, laboratory examinations, diagnostic procedures, and surgical procedures not specifically defined in this Agreement are considered not covered (e.g. Dental Surgery, Dental X-Ray)” (Intellicare) The guidebook is from 2019, so check your current plan.
  • The University of the Philippines College of Dentistry takes orthodontic patients. Asked whether patients pay: “Yes. There is a charge but this is much lower than the fees charged in private clinics. Please contact us for details.” (UP Manila)
Who may straighten teeth

What Philippine law and the orthodontists say

What matters is who examines you in person and who answers for your treatment. In each body's own words:

  • The Philippine Dental Act of 2007. Its definition of the practice of dentistry includes anyone who “prevents and or corrects malpositions of the teeth or implantation of artificial substitutes for lost teeth” (R.A. 9484) Practising without a licence: “Sec. 33. Penal Provision. - The following, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Two hundred thousand pesos (P200,000.00) nor more than Five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00)” (R.A. 9484)
  • The Board of Dentistry. “The following procedures should be performed only by dentists/oral surgeons as these are considered to be within the scope of practice of Dentistry:” (PRC Board of Dentistry) Among them: “Correction of tooth/teeth malpositioning;” (PRC Board of Dentistry)
  • The Association of Philippine Orthodontists. “Straightening the teeth and correcting the bite are not simple treatment mechanics that any dentist can do.” (APO) “Choose a member of the Association of Philippine Orthodontists (APO) for orthodontic treatment to be assured that the doctor is an Orthodontist” (APO)
  • Remote care. The national telemedicine order: “Only licensed physicians shall be allowed to practice telemedicine, pursuant to this Order.” (DOH-DILG-PHIC) It does not mention dentists.

Every brand's FDA reports and recalls are on the safety record.

InvisibleBraces is an informational data platform, not a dentist, an orthodontist, or a seller of aligners. Nothing here is dental or medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to start, stop, or change any treatment. At-home clear aligners are not right for every case, and moving teeth without an in-person exam carries real risk. Data is aggregated from public sources and each brand's own terms and can be incomplete or out of date. Always consult a licensed dentist or orthodontist and confirm current prices and terms with the provider.
