A Bhaktapur dental hospital puts Invisalign at NPR 140,000 to NPR 200,000 in the Kathmandu Valley. Other clear aligners cost NPR 120,000 to NPR 250,000+ at one Kathmandu clinic and NPR 160,000 – 215,000 for a full course at a Lalitpur clinic, and metal braces far less (NPR 35,000 to NPR 55,000 for both arches). Invisalign publishes no Nepali price; the dentist sets it.

Invisalign publishes no price for Nepal. Its global cost page says: “In most cases, the cost of Invisalign treatment is comparable to the cost of braces.
